摘要：
Core competence is the sources of competitive advantage. This paper focuses on the quantitative analysis of core competence. In the first, this paper defines core competence. Based on this definition, a core competence benchmarking analysis tool is presented. Using this benchmarking tool, case study is conducted on Zhongxing Telecom.
