摘要：
Some statistical techniques for estimating parameters of distribution functions of satellite-derived brightness temperatures of the ocean-atmosphere system are proposed and evaluated. It is shown that this method appreciably improves the accuracy and validity of statistical estimates, because it takes into account the specific space-time structure of the brightness temperature.
