摘要：
The software architecture of distributed measurement system is studied in detail. The current several vital technologies applied in this field are analyzed, and their characteristics and implement methods are discussed. The process model, control and monitor of systemic measurement is described. Furthermore, VI used in distributed measurement is decomposed into three levels, and developed by component technology. It improves the construction of VI to satisfy the quickly increase requirement of multifunction of VI.
