摘要：
Personnel training mode is the soul of the development of colleges and universities. In the transformation of China's higher education from elite education to mass education, independent colleges, as a new force in China's army of education, have to face and solve a prominent problem. That is how to establish and improve practical talent training mode. In this paper, we basically discuss how to develop practical talent training mode in independent colleges.
