摘要
The "double" teachers is the need of reality and the important guarantee to realize the goal of cultivating occupation colleges. In the background of supply side structural reforms, "double" teachers should possess professional skills and innovation consciousness, can adapt to the needs of the regional development. At present, there are many problems in the construction of "double type" teachers, to establish a "double" teachers need training mechanism to achieve efficient supply, to improve the technical skills of personnel training quality.
