摘要
This paper discusses how to develop safety culture in construction enterprises in China. The theory of safety culture is reviewed firstly. Based on this, the relationship between safety culture and safety management systems is given. After explaining the perspectives on safety culture deeply, one way of developing safety culture in construction enterprises in China is recommended.
