Magnetic properties of Co and Ni monolayers on the (100)Cr sur;face having b.c.c. structure are studied on the basis of spin-polarized calculations of electronic structure using the LAPW method. According to oar calculations, magnetic moments in Co and Ni monolayers are non-zeros and antiferromagnetically aligned with respect to the magnetic moment in the interface Cr layer, though the hybridization effects influence essentially on the values of these magnetic moments.
