摘要
Simulation of electro-hydraulic steering gear system is an important means to investigate the dynamic properties of marine hydraulic steering gear system, and to work out the effects of volume change in hydraulic cylinder and loading change. Aiming at electro-hydraulic servo system, the simulation stage is established in view of MSC.EASY5. This approach is shown to evaluate the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system in marine steering gear. Through selection of typical operating conditions and configuration of parameters, simulation model is checked and debugged, and then dynamic performances under typical conditions are analyzed. The research results can offer references for the design, test and implementation of the hydraulic systems for this type of ships.
