摘要
During the last years, environmental protection measures aimed at the isolated protection of the environmental media air, water and soil. In the future, environmental management will focus on integrated approaches taking into account all environmental media. The implementation of end-of-pipe-techniques will be replaced by product- and production-integrated emission reduction techniques. The paper focusses firstly on the development of the production management towards an industrial substance flow management, dealing with a substance and energy based planning and control of industrial production and recycling networks. Secondly, different approaches for the modelling of production and recycling processes, based on technical and scientific laws of material and energy transformation will be discussed. Koopmans theory of the analysis of activities is well suited to deal as a modelling framework, because the combination with flowsheeting systems for the computation of stationary mass and energy balances as well as the combination with petri net models for the simulation of the dynamic behaviour is possible.
