The effect of knowledge innovation and human capital investment to economic growth

In this dissertation, firstly, we suppose that economic system is composed of a research and development sector, an intermediate product sector and a final product sector, and the other assumptions are made too; Secondly, the models on economic growth based on the assumptions are established; Lastly, the effect of the knowledge innovation and the human capital investment in different sectors to economic growth are discussed, and we give the conclusions that the effect of the knowledge innovation rate is the most important in all factors, and the effect of the human capital investment in the research and development sector to economic growth is higher than one in the final product sector.
