摘要
Technological learning is the best way for subsequent developed enterprises to achieve more autonomic technological innovation and enhance the development competitiveness and sustainability. The success of technological learning depends on the enterprise's learning behavior, and external support is an important condition to improve the efficiency of enterprise technological learning. This text analyzed the inside and outside impact factors of technological learning, and established the evaluation index system of technological learning efficiency. With canonical correlation analysis, this text reduced the dimension of input and output indicators and corrected the scores of input and output variables. It analyzed the effectiveness of input-output with data envelopment analysis and adjusted ineffective decision making unit with projection analysis, then it made the path of improving technological learning efficiency, and gave an efficient manner for companies to enhance technological learning efficiency.
