摘要：
This paper will respectively illustrate quantity relationship between of each factor in the link of the monetary policy, stock market and national economy and mainly depict how the monetary policy effect stock market, stock market's influence on each factor of national economy and then analyze how the monetary policy effect national economy by stock market of China.
