The verbal system in Spanish

This work constitutes an effort to organize functionally the Spanish verbal system. The grammatical verbal determinants (dgv) are identified and organized according to the way their basic values oppose each other in a network. Once in discourse however dgvs may acquire different values governed by the semantics of the verb the dgv determines, adverbs and dgvs and semantics of other verbs in the sentence, thus a reduced number of dgvs can produce multiple meanings and are therefore a source of economy.
