Sensitivity analysis for 0.34 THz ladder-type extended interaction cavity is studied using the ladder cavity models with manufacturing tolerance assuming normal distributions for the critical dimensions. The corresponding simulation results demonstrate manufacturing tolerances affect the key performance of the extended interaction cavity, including the field distortion, 2 pi-frequency shift, and the effective characteristic impedance.
