摘要
The open-air site Borslingen-Eisenberg was discovered in 2009. The site owes its existence to the local occurrence of jurassic chert. This specific raw material has now been recognised in the inventories of famous Lone valley sites such as Bockstein or Vogelherd. Numerous finds dating to the Middle and Upper Palaeolithic were recovered from the surface of the site. Excavations conducted by the University of Tubingen from 2011 to 2014 led to the discovery of pit-features and a hearth.
