Longitudinal polarization of Λ and (Λ)over-bar hyperons in deep-inelastic scattering at COMPASS

The longitudinal polarization of A and A hyperons produced in deep-inelastic scattering of 160 GeV/c polarized positive muons is studied in the COMPASS (CERN NA58) experiment. Preliminary results on the longitudinal polarization of A and A from data collected during the 2003 run are presented.
