摘要：
Under present market economy environment, industrial structure adjustment is extremely urgent. Industrial development problems caused by insufficient reform still exist. Whether enterprise transformation succeeds has great influences on integral development if the society. Structural adjustment as the foundation of industrial transformation needs government guidance and each enterprise to implement comprehensively. This paper will start from the significance of industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrade to briefly discuss the measures to accelerate industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrade.
