摘要
Compared with the traditional air-cooled radiator, the microchannel radiator has the advantages of small volume, low noise, and strong heat exchange capability. With the rapid development of the microelectronics industry, the application range of the microchannel radiator is more and more extensive. The flow state of the microchannel structure and fluid has a significant effect on the heat transfer characteristics of the microchannel. The numerical simulation of rectangular microchannels with different size parameters and different fluid flow rates was carried out by ANSYS-Workbench finite element fluid-solid coupling simulation. In this paper, the effects of inlet flow velocity and channel height, channel number, channel width and other structural parameters on convective heat transfer of rectangular microchannels are analyzed. The variation law of heat transfer efficiency of microchannels under different structures and inlet flow rates are obtained.
