Software as a service (SaaS) is an emerging model of software deployment, along with the development of information technology and the maturity of application software. Because of its advantages such as low-price, quick deployment, flexible pricing strategy and user defined, SaaS raised a storm by rewriting the software industry pattern. This paper reviewed the relevant researches about SaaS and theories of business model, and then analyzed SaaS business model innovation from three aspects value network nodes, value flow and structure, which brought competitive advantages for enterprise tenants, individual software vendors and the third-party software operation platform. Subsequently, we identified and illustrated our standpoints by the cases of Alisoft.com. Finally, we came to a conclusion and made some discussions.
