摘要
It was studied the features of electric-spark doping (ESE)) on titanium and its alloys by graphite and hard metal T15K6 under different treatment conditions (it was varied energy discharge, the specific processing time, the interelectrode medium). In all ESD conditions in the formed layer there was noticed three phases - titanium carbide, titanium and graphite. The maximum quantity of titanium carbide was synthesized at an energy discharge of 0,3-0,45 J (1(p)similar to, 1,5...2,0 A on the installation "Elitron-22"). The most high-quality coatings on titanium were obtained by successive ESD firstly by graphite on the soft mode with an energy discharge of 0.1 J, and then by hard metal T15K6 on the energy mode of 0.5 J. The obtained coatings significantly increase the wear-and corrosion resistance (in sulphuric acid) of titanium and its alloys.
