摘要
Nonlinear properties of GeSe2-As2Se3-PbSe are studied using z-scan measurements from 2.5 mu m-5.5 mu m. The largest nonlinear refractive index is observed at 2.8 mu m, conesponding to the two-photon edge. A sub-peak at 4.6 mu m arises from mid-gap defect states. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
