摘要：
By introducing organizational learning as an intervening variable, this essay builds a theoretical model of market-orientation-organizational learning technical innovation, reveals that the market-orientation of small and medium sized private enterprises(SMPEs) affects organizational learning, which then affects the awareness, speed and capacity of technical innovation. Moreover, this essay analyzes how the market-orientation of the SMPE achieves technical innovation, and provides guidelines based on the status quo of technical innovation and market-orientation of the SMPE.
