摘要：
The correlation between MIS and organizational performance has received persistently attention whereas the information paradox has often plagued enterprises. This paper analyzes how MIS impacts on the organizational performance and presents some new concepts and equations, which to analyze and summarize the methods to be used in improving performance though cases studies.
