We all knew that famous Sanlu went bankrupt fast and its chairman was put to trial, and we could hear the painful groan of Mengniu and Yili being once bright. From the matter of Sanlu, most Chinese enterprises generally recognize that any perfect brand would be abandoned by customer if the social responsibility of enterprise could not be implanted deeply into enterprise's quality system. In the process of enterprise's quality system being constructed, the system of ISO2000 is only a basis, enterprise not only should concern the Environmental Management System Certification of ISO14000 and the Social Responsibility System being represented by SA8000, but also seriously think the challenge of intellectual property and the global greenhouse effect (such as the Carbon Tariffs being put by USA).
