摘要
In the context of China's efforts to achieve green economic development and adjust the spatial layout of industries, this article focuses on pollution-intensive industries. Based on the panel data of 30 Chinese provinces from 2003 to 2018, the spatial locational characteristics and development directions of pollution-intensive industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution are revealed. The effects of environmental regulations and polluting industrial agglomeration on ecological pollution are explored by constructing a dynamic spatial panel Durbin model. The research found that: (1)Both the concentration of pollution-intensive industries and environmental pollution tend to shift from the east to the central and western parts of China; (2)Environmental regulations have a significant inhibitory effect on environmental pollution, and there is a negative spatial spillover effect; (3)Pollution Industrial agglomeration and ecological pollution have an inverted "U"-shaped nonlinear relationship, and there is a positive spatial spillover effect. The research conclusions of this paper provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the spatial layout of pollution-intensive industries, alleviating environmental problems, and realizing the development of the green economy.
