摘要：
A microwave transparent resin transfer mould has been manufactured from PTFE. Composites have been made using unidirectional reinforcement and an unsaturated polyester resin in this mould. The mould was then placed either in a conventional or a domestic microwave oven to cure the resin. The flexural properties of the composites have been investigated and reasons for the differences are suggested.
