摘要
A new method for the preparation of the phosphonate analogues of phosphatidyl derivatives using a Horner-Mark [2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement is described. Phosphonate analogues were prepared in which the sn-3 oxygen of the diacylglyceryl moiety is substituted by -HC=CH- or -CH2CH2- fragments.
