摘要
Known designs of gapless planetary roller screw mechanisms (GPRSM) have high accuracy and rigidity, and low load capacity, as well as a small resource, on the other hand. To overcome this contradiction, a new design of GPRSM was invented and patented, as well as the method for calculating the strength of this mechanism's critical parts was developed. To use the new GPRSM in various products, one needs to know the operational parameters of this mechanism. The definition of these parameters is the goal of the present work. For this, a number of experimental studies and tests have been done. Metrological control of parts using high-precision certified instruments made it possible to establish compliance of the controlled parameters with the established tolerance fields. The experimental results are compared with theoretical data to confirm the correctness of the developed calculation procedure. Other experimental studies were aimed at determining the operational parameters of new GPRSM designs. In addition, resource tests of these mechanisms were carried out, and their impact on the environment was determined. New results are obtained that characterize the developed GPRSM in accuracy, rigidity, efficiency, durability, environmental friendliness, etc. During the process the above parameters were compared with similar parameters of the known GPRSM, it was found out that the new backlash-less mechanisms are several percent superior to the known in a number of parameters, and in the rest, they are not inferior to them. At the same time, the new GPRSM surpasses well-known designs in terms of load capacity and durability. It allows the new one to be used in aerospace products with a decrease in the mass and dimensions of the mechanism and product.
