摘要
X-ray diffraction studies of tin-or niobium-substituted Mn-Zn ferrites have been carried out. The lattice parameter was obtained. Using some theoretical equations, possible cation distribution of these ferrites was proposed theoretically. Experimentally obtained lattice constant values were compared with the theoretically evaluated values. Radius of the tetrahedral, octahedral sites, ratio of the octa-to-tetra bond lengths and oxygen positional parameter values have been calculated and these are interpreted in ter ms of ionic radius of the cations.
