摘要
A new recording system was established for the detection of la reciprocal inhibition of soleus H-reflex by using the percutaneously implanted electrodes for conditioning and test stimulation those applied to deep peroneal nerve and tibial nerve respectively. This system has its advantage in stable and reliable H-reflex recording even under such conditions as during stimulating other nerves, loading mechanical force and motion in lower extremity. By using this system, the increase of the la reciprocal inhibition was detected immediately after TES for common peroneal nerve in hemiplegic patients.
