摘要
The segmental zygomatic arch fracture, which does not stay in place after the conventional Gillies or Dingman approach, can be corrected by using two K-wires to avoid an extensive open reduction. Our experience with the double K-wire method has shown remarkable results in accurate reduction and in preventing undercorrection of the unstable segmental arch fracture of the zygoma.
