Practical Problems in Enterprise Cost Accounting and Management and the Countermeasures

Cost, an important strategy in market competition of enterprise, directly affects the economic benefit and survival development of enterprise. However, there are many problems in the cost accounting and management of many enterprises, such as unreasonable cost accounting process, incomplete cost accounting work, and incomplete cost management system. In the paper, specific countermeasures are proposed in the following four aspects for the problems in the cost accounting of enterprise through literature review: (1) Complete the regulations on cost accounting and management; (2) Standardize the cost accounting process; (3) Improve the working skills of financial personnel; (4) Introduce advanced accounting technology. Purpose of the paper is to complete the regulations on enterprise cost accounting and management and promote the development of modern management of enterprise cost.
