摘要
The laser cladding is used on the surface of 4Cr14Ni14NW2Mo heat-resisting steel, Ni-based WC coating can be formed. Observing and analying the microstructure, measuring the hardness of the cladding layer cross section, checking the abrsrssive-wear under high temperature in different temperature. The results showed that the microstructure of Ni21+20%Wc+0.5%CeO2 cladding layer is small and it presents the best abrasive-wear behavior under high temperature in these investigated coatings. Wear mechanism of the laser cladding layer changes with temperature changes. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. Open access under CC BY-NC-ND license.
