The numerical simulation of excavation and stress-strain behaviour analysis for the high slope of the TGP permanent ship locks

摘要
By using the elastic-brittle-plastic model as the mechanic model of granite,the numerical simulation to the excavation of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) permanent ship locks was carried out in this paper. Based on the simulation results, the excavation deformation and stress for the high slopes of the permanent shiplock have been introduced. Some questions related to the mechanic model and the scheme of excavation have been discussed.
