Amnon Boehm, Ph.D., is Associate Professor and Chair of Community Practice in the School of Social Work, University of Haifa, Israel. His recent research projects are in the areas of community resilience, social marketing, community practice intervention in crisis situations, grassroots leadership, and social involvement of citizens, businesses and academia. Anat Freund, Ph.D., is a faculty member at the Faculty of Health and Welfare Studies, School of Social Work, University of Haifa, Israel. Her research interests are community practice, strategic welfare organizations, strategic management and work behaviour.
