摘要
The paper presents a case study, in which a Project Analysis is performed in HDM-4. Through the means of multi criteria analysis, project variants of a civil engineering project are evaluated. Emphasis is laid on different results acquired by changes in relative importance of air pollution as a criterion in MCA. The paper shows and stresses the sensitivity of air pollution criterion and limiting values for the environmental emissions modelled in HDM-4.
