摘要
In developing countries, selective collection makes it possible to value waste by diverting it from landfills, and it promotes social inclusion and income generation. The methodology for the construction and free availability of the Digital Platform of Sustainability Indicators and Indexes of Selective Collection is presented, as a tool for self-assessment and monitoring of municipal management and waste picker of recyclable material organizations. Quali-quantitative and participatory methods resulted in two matrixes of indicators and indexes. The resulted Platform collects data that feeds 37 indicators, 16 of selective collection ones and 21 indicators of waste picker organizations from differentiated questionnaires. Users have access to historical series, graphs, numerical and qualitative results and in color scale. The Platform contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Objectives and the implementation of the National Waste Policy and Selective Collection Plans.
