Dynamics of random telegraph signals in the Coulomb blockade regime

摘要
Our sub-micron MOSFET shows Coulomb oscillations in the conductance vs. gate voltage at temperatures below 20 K. Random Telegraph Signals are studied by using the quantum dot system as an extremely sensitive electrometer with a high spatial resultion. We focused on the gate voltage dependence of the mean dwell times of the two states.
