摘要
Despite their importance, electron-doped infinite-layer. cuprate superconductors Sr(1-x)Ln,CuO2 (Ln = La, Gd, Sm) have not been studied in detail, due to the lack of single-phased compounds with a high volume fraction of superconductivity. Using high-pressure (similar to 4 GPa) and high-temperature (similar to 1000 degreesC) annealing conditions, we successfully produced single-phased compounds with almost 100% superconducting volume fraction. From the magnetization measurement, we found that these electron-doped cuprates are very similar to conventional superconductors, but quite different from typical hole-doped cuprate superconductors.
