摘要
The global financial crisis has hit Chinese private enterprises hard since 2008. But it is also a great opportunity for the excellent private enterprises. Many of them have actively participated in the cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the hope of getting stronger in the international market. However, the weaknesses of private enterprises, as well as the inadequacy of government policy support result in a number of problems. We should get inspiration from past experiences and lessons in M&A, and private enterprises should strengthen their scientific strategies in M&A in order to be more successful in cross-border M&A.
