摘要
In this study, the elite weightlifter athletes Zhang Ping and Zheng Zhisheng in athletic sports school in China are studied, and important kinetic parameters in their snatches are obtained and analyzed by carrying out the 3D force-testing to them. In the experiment, the kinetic parameters of the two at the moments when the barbell is to be lifted and being lifted were measured by the snatch test. The explosive muscular strength of the two in the process of weight lifting, the peak value in Z direction and the impulse integral values in the X, Y and Z directions were obtained from the pressure changes displayed by the dynamometer. The advantages and disadvantages of the snatch of the two were revealed through the dynamic data analysis, which could provide the scientific basis for the athletes to improve their movement techniques and improve the quality of their movement.
