Properties of ferroelectric ceramics prepared by hot pressing technique

摘要：
In the present work the PBCuNbO3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3 system is studied with MnO2 additions to increase the quality factor (Qm). The samples were prepared using the hot pressing technique. X-ray pattern shows two peaks. These are due to tetragonal and rhombohedral phases. The intensity ratio of the (200) and (002) peaks is opposite with respect of that reported by H.T. Chung and H.G. Kim [1]. Aging tests show the degradation of samples kept at room temperature for several years.
