摘要
As contemporary society progress towards knowledge economy and totally new global social and economic contexts keep appearing, new management principles, skills, abilities and levels of competency are required. This is why knowledge management has received a particular attention in recent years, both from research and practice communities. The purpose of that article is to reveal some of the new trends and approaches to knowledge management as primary source for strategy at any levels and main direction to achieve business excellence.
