摘要：
Hysteresis loss in the superconductor and eddy current loss in the metal of a Y-123/hastelloy flexible tape are calculated analytically in the low frequency limit. Cases studied are (i) where an ac transport current is passed through the tape and (ii) where an external ac magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the tape.
