摘要
The rapid development of clean energy has pushed the energy power system from the traditional demand one-side stochastic uncertainty to the supply and demand two-side stochastic uncertainty. The energy storage system can provide flexible adjustment ability for the system operation and smooth the impact of supply and demand side uncertainties on the grid operation. The scenario analysis method is used to deal with the uncertainty factors of supply and demand sides in power system. Based on stochastic programming theory, the optimal model of power grid operation considering supply-demand uncertainty and carbon emission cost is proposed. The empirical analysis proved the validity of the model.
