摘要
At the present time in the sphere of management theoretical approaches and effective methods of management are used, the main goal of which is to ensure long-term stable effective functioning and development of the enterprise. One of the most effective lines of management is the cost management of the company - "Value Based Management" (VBM). The main difference of it is an orientation toward the quality of management and development of the enterprise, as well as satisfaction of the requirements of the owners and stakeholders of the enterprise. The concept is based on the value of the enterprise, which, in the form of a quantitative integral assessment, allows reflecting the efficiency of the operation and the prospects of the development of the enterprise, balancing in one indicator such important economic categories of microeconomics as profitability, risk and growth rates. Cost management is possible through the phases of development of the enterprise, which are associated with life cycle and core competencies of the enterprise, based on the sustainable competitive advantages. The key competence of the enterprise allows obtaining additional economic profit or additional benefit, which corrects the final indicator of the enterprise value, as the discounted value of future superprofits in the time interval of the existence of this key competence, and includes a system of knowledge, skills, competitiveness, in a certain way.
