摘要
The contribution of this article is to construct a mathematical model for bioconvection flow of nanofluid configured by a nonlinear stretching surface embedded in Darcy-Forchheimer medium. The modification in the energy equation is done by employing the heat generation/absorption features. The innovative characteristics of Brownian diffusion and thermophoresis effects based on the Buongiorno nanofluid model are studied. The idea of microorganisms is introduced to stabilize the nanoparticle suspensions. The formulated equations are transformed into nondimensional form by employing similarity transformations. The solution of these dimensionless equations is accomplished numerically by employing an successive overrelaxation method with applications of MATLAB mathematical computation software. The porous medium has the influence of decreasing the flow velocity, velocity boundary layer thickness, and heat transfer rate. Moreover, the concentration of the nanoparticles increases with the porosity of the medium.
