摘要
In the present study, we used TNF-alpha receptor 1 knockout mice to evaluate a possible role of TNF-alpha on the pathogenesis of ischen-tia and reperfusion injury of the multivisceral organs. In addition, we investigated the effect of Etanercept on this animal model system of inflammation. The genetic or pharmacological inhibition of TNF-alpha exerts a protective effect against the pathological changes caused by SAO/R.
