摘要
The verification of smart meters is generally performed in a laboratory environment, which has strict requirements on environmental conditions and power quality of the power source. However, in the case of resolving power tariff disputes between power operators and consumers, or performing online metering performance evaluation of smart meters, it is necessary to verify smart meters on site. During on-site verification, environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, electromagnetic interference, and power quality factors such as frequency, harmonics, and power factor will affect the energy error of smart meters. This paper analyzes and determines the main influencing factors of on-site verification, and the proposed on-site verification plan is given.
