摘要
Ethical behavior has been an important subject for business and has been studied in various fields. Due to the fact that banking sectors has recorded a high number of fraud makes studying ethical behavior is more important in this sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of love of money, religiosity, and pay satisfaction on ethical behavior. The study involved surveys to 300 Muslim employee respondents worked at banking sectors in Indonesia. Structural equation model (SEM) using LISREL 8.8 was used to analyze the data. This study found that love of money negatively influenced ethical behavior, while religiosity positively influenced ethical behavior. However, in this study it was discovered that pay satisfaction had no influence on ethical behavior.
